Our Vinsanto is produced thanks to selected grapes of Malvasia Toscana and Trebbiano. It takes its name from our love for the land we live in: Monte San Savino. After leaving grapes to dry up until February and then in 40-50 liters small containers, this old product reveals all its magic, the most particular expression of Tuscany winemaking. Made from our selected Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot grapes: the selected grape harvesting and the wine-making procedure are made separately. After the racking, the wine is put into French oak casks, where it is let matured for 18-20 months. At the end of this period it is assembled and bottled. This wine is the result of the fusion between the tradition and the new technologies.
